I'm working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands that is looking for a Repairs Manager to lead a team in their day-to-day repairs.
The contract will be on a 6-month basis with a high chance of extension, paying between £45-£50 an hour.

You'll only be required to go on-site for inspections 2-3 days a week, then can do your reports from the comfort of your own home.
