Private Sector Housing Officer - Make a difference in Surrey?

A council based in Surrey are looking for an experienced contractor to assist them across all areas of Private Sector Housing.

What's in it for you

  • £40-45p/h
  • 3-6 month contract (likely extension)
  • 37 hours
  • 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct HMO inspections
  • Investigate complaints
  • Carry out HHRS assessments
  • Respond to assessment findings

Essential skills

  • 5+ years Local Authority experience
  • Get familiar with council systems (Tascomi)
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
