An Authority in the South West is seeking an experienced Enforcement Team Lead to lead a specialist services on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months.
This is a rare opportunity to oversee complex casework, across a diverse rural area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Enforcement services
- Oversee complex enforcement investigations, appeals and court work
- Provide expert guidance to senior officers, Members and external partners
- Ensure high service standards, performance and continuous improvement
You Will Bring
- Strong Planning enforcement experience
- Proven ability to manage specialist teams
- Confidence presenting at committee, appeals and public inquiries
- RTPI membership (or eligibility) and a background in planning or a related discipline
