Are you a Disrepair Coordinator in London looking for your next role?
We are urgently seeking a Disrepair Coordinator with experience supporting disrepair functions to assist the Repairs team.
Contract: 2-3‑month temp
Start Date: Immediate
Location: North London office (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Experience Required:
- Have worked in a Local authority or Housing Association setting
- Have worked in admin-level roles within disrepair teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and manage disrepair admin cases from initial notification to closure
- Update case records, documentation, evidence, and correspondence
- Schedule inspections, contractor appointments, and follow‑up actions
- Support with legal paperwork and internal reporting
- Ensure cases are progressed in line with the Housing Disrepair Protocol
Requirements:
- Experience working in a local authority or housing association
- Strong administrative background within repairs, disrepair, or property services
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear communicator, confident dealing with residents and internal teams
Ability to attend the North London office three days per week (non-negotiable)
