We are urgently recruiting a Damp and Mould Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Damp & Mould team within the Repairs division.
Contract: 3‑month temp, potential extension
Start Date: Immediate
Location: North London office (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Experience Required:
- Have worked in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting
- Have worked admin level roles within damp and mould teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day admin support to the Damp & Mould function
- Log new cases, book surveys, and monitor progress through to resolution
- Track works, ensure updates are recorded accurately, and maintain compliance documents
- Liaise with residents, surveyors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all actions align with damp & mould procedures and Awaab’s Law requirements
Requirements:
- Experience working in a local authority or housing association
- Background in repairs administration or damp & mould workflows
- Strong organisational skills and accuracy in record‑keeping
- Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
- Ability to attend the North London office three days per week (non-negotiable)
