A leading UK property organisation is seeking a Facilities Manager to elevate technical services, strengthen contractor performance, and drive energy‑efficiency improvements across a multi‑site portfolio.
This is a high‑impact role for someone with a technical mindset, strong FM experience, and the confidence to lead, influence, and improve service delivery at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing technical services, planned/reactive maintenance, and contractor performance
- Supporting and developing AFMs while acting as a key liaison across sites
- Leading the organisation’s energy management strategy, reducing consumption and carbon output
- Managing capital expenditure planning, project tracking, and building upgrades
- Conducting audits, surveys, and quality assurance to maintain compliance and standards
- Driving SLA performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the estate
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as an Area FM or similar multi‑site role
- Strong understanding of M&E contract management
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
- Experience managing contractors, compliance, and service delivery
