The successful candidate will become the central point of contact for all client accounting and reporting, taking ownership of financial processes across a growing commercial property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership position early, shape best practice, and directly influence how financial reporting is delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounting matters, building trusted relationships
• Take ownership of client reporting, financial statements, and portfolio performance analysis
• Lead service charge accounting, budgeting, and reconciliations
• Deliver clear, insight-driven reporting to support decision-making and asset growth
• Partner with stakeholders to drive financial planning and cost control strategies
• Establish and improve processes, controls, and reporting structures
• Support the implementation of technology-driven financial systems and real-time data insights

About You

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
• Experience in property or real estate accounting
• Confident managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight
• Proactive, hands-on, and motivated to build and improve processes
