I'm looking for a Project Manager to join my client's Programmes team and play a key role in delivering major housing projects for a Local Borough Council.
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead multiple housing projects from start to finish using structured project management.
- Identify and develop opportunities for affordable homes on council land and other sites.
- Work with internal teams to create strong business cases for new developments.
- Manage consultants and contractors to keep projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Oversee project finances, including reviewing cost estimates and viability checks.
- Track progress, manage risks, and report regularly to stakeholders.
- Represent the Council at public meetings and maintain clear communication with all parties.
