Create Comfort and Security as a Night Concierge at a Luxury PBSA Site!

My client is transforming the world of high-end student accommodation, creating more than just places to live, but vibrant, secure, and sustainable communities where students feel safe, supported, and at home.

With a commitment to service, style, and standout resident experiences, this is your chance to join a fast-growing company that values ambition, creativity, and people-first thinking.

As Night Concierge, you’ll be the calm and capable presence at the heart of our community during the quieter hours. Based in a building with 124 PBSA units, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents overnight—ensuring their comfort, safety, and peace of mind while delivering a seamless and reassuring service.

This role is about security, service, and support. From monitoring building access to responding to emergencies and assisting with resident needs, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment throughout the night.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary overnight point of contact for residents, handling queries with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor building access and manage security protocols to ensure resident safety at all times.
  • Conduct regular internal and external patrols, checking for any health, safety, or security concerns.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage parcel collections, log maintenance issues, and ensure accurate handovers to the day team.
  • Ensure communal areas are clean, secure, and well-presented at all times.

Your Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within PBSA, BTR, co-living, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong focus on security, safety, and resident wellbeing.
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused during quiet periods.
  • Confident working independently with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage and highly valued
  • Must hold a SIA license.

We are looking to attract talent from all areas of the property industry for this position. We endeavour to have a fair recruitment process. So apply in any way that suits you: text message, video message, CV - the more creative the better.
