Management Accountant

We have partnered exclusively with our client to appoint a Management Accountant who will play a pivotal role in their growth journey.

As part of high performing finance team, you will support a fast growing, design led Co-Living business that values long term thinking, community impact, and operational excellence.

In this role, your work won’t just sit in spreadsheets. Your work will be presented and discussed in investment meetings, which you will be apart of, giving you a real voice in the financial direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Maintain and reconcile trial balance and general ledger
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and assess operational costs against budgets
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and submit accurate VAT returns and maintain VAT records
• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Track and control costs to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed records of individual assets and depreciation
• Prepare asset reports and support audit processes
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management
• Collaborate with departments to support financial planning
• Contribute to financial systems and process improvements
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial platforms
