We have partnered exclusively with our client to appoint a Financial Controller who will play a pivotal role in their growth journey.
As part of high performing finance team, you will support a fast growing, design led Co-Living business that values long term thinking, community impact, and operational excellence.
Your expertise will be crucial in managing cashflow across 70 entities and leading all treasury operations, working closely with the Finance Director, who brings extensive experience in real estate financial strategy.
This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where your financial expertise will help underpin strategic growth, ensure robust financial health, and contribute to a business celebrated for both innovation and community focus.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the cashflow management and forecasting for the group ensuring liquidity for operational and strategic needs across approximately 70 entities
- Lead treasury operations including cash management, working capital optimisation, debt facility management and timely servicing of interest and principal repayments
- Oversee accurate and timely payment of salaries, pensions and commissions across all group entities in line with contractual and statutory obligations
- Manage all corporate payments and ensure correct cost allocation and recharge between entities
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly covenant compliance and performance reports to debt lenders maintaining strong and transparent relationships
- Direct the financial operations of over 70 legal entities within a vertically integrated structure ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across the group
- Maintain effective relationships with banks lenders auditors and other key financial stakeholders
- Design implement and maintain robust financial controls over payments reconciliations and cashflow processes to safeguard assets and improve efficiency
- Deliver timely and accurate cashflow treasury and payment reports to the Board and senior leadership highlighting risks opportunities and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all legal tax and regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction in which the group operates
