This is a rare opportunity to be involved in every stage of a building launch. From pre-launch planning to the opening and full stabilisation, you’ll play a key role in shaping the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging tours, connect with prospective residents, and drive leasing performance from day one.
• Manage the full leasing cycle including enquiries, screenings, documentation, and move-ins.
• Support daily property operations including front of house responsibilities, maintenance coordination, and resident interaction.
• Assist with community events and help create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
• Work as part of a collaborative and fast-moving team focused on excellent service.

Key Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for community building.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability for weekday evenings and weekends when required for tours and move-ins.
• Familiarity with the London rental market is helpful but not essential.
• Must be comfortable working onsite each day.

• Proven experience in leasing, sales, or property management – ideally within BTR or the residential sector.
