Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller, you need to be level-headed, self-motivated and diligent. I am looking for someone who are all these things, who can thrive under pressure and demonstrate an eagerness to improve systems and processes.

A commercial managing agent, with a large portfolio in around North London ranging from retail to office spaces are looking for a Credit Controller.

Joining a strong team of 3 Credit Controllers and 1 Team Leader, you will adopt the teams’ culture of professionalism and respect. Collaborating when needed but equally happy to work independently.

You will be managing high transaction volumes, methodically reviewing your portfolios debts and be confident in escalating queries when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reduce the client’s outstanding debt balance
• Send out copy invoices and tax receipts
• Chase payments via phone, email, and mail (high volume)
• Address and resolve tenant queries
• Handle and resolve UAC queries
• Issue statements and reminder letters
• Assist with reconciling problematic accounts
• Manage and resolve queries, including liaising with colleagues as necessary
• Monitor and report on aged debtors as required
• Compile various reports

This role is ideal for people who are inspired by challenges, driven to hit KPI targets and feel accomplished when completing tasks.

Preferably, you will have experience in a similar position within the Property Services sector but not essential. As long as you back yourself as someone who can manage conflicts effectively and communicate authoritatively, I want to talk to you.
