They are seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the defect resolution process across a large residential portfolio.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead aftercare operations, collaborate with a variety of teams and contractors, and drive continuous improvements to ensure tenants enjoy a smooth, hassle-free living experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full aftercare process from property handover through to the end of the defects liability period.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Aftercare Coordinators.
  • Manage relationships with developers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure timely, high-quality defect resolution.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and aftercare performance metrics.

 

Your Requirements:

  • Experience in aftercare within a developer or construction environment.
  • Strong understanding of EOD processes, NHBC guidelines, and construction defects.
  • Previous experience managing a team.
  • Experience with KPI's
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • Strong Excel/data reporting skills.
