1. Preparation:

We take time to thoroughly understand your business and team. This includes researching staff profiles, meeting with leadership and junior staff to capture the company’s culture and goals, and developing inclusive job briefs. We identify what sets your company apart, create a candidate brochure, and where necessary, agree on an enticing marketing campaign, which can include written, audio and video content. We also agree on timeframes and interview schedules. We also benchmark salary and reward structures for comparison.

2. Market Mapping:

We research competitors and map relevant firms to build a comprehensive talent pool. Using LinkedIn, our curated database, and referrals, we target potential candidates, including untapped talent. This being said, our existing unrivalled network is our strongest asset. We give you access.

3. Engagement and Assessment:

We use marketing, headhunting, and our candidate brochure to engage candidates. We assess skills, qualifications, and commitment through interviews, off the record references, and pre-screening assessments. All candidates go through a rigorous vetting process.

4. Presentation:

We present detailed candidate packs with CVs, experience matrices, and suitability letters. We offer anonymised shortlists if needed. We will meet to present to you our finalised shortlist, including a market report detailing our search and all its' findings.

5. Success:

We will manage the interview, offer and resignation process to ensure a successful exit strategy and smooth appointment for all parties. Our lengthy guarantee period allows you to assess the appointed candidates suitability, while we provide guidance at every stage.
