As Head of Operations, you’ll take full ownership of every element of on site performance—from team leadership and resident satisfaction to mobilisation, compliance, and cost control. Your Responsibilities: 

• Leading day-to-day operations across multiple London PBSA sites.
• Supporting new building launches and ensuring seamless mobilisation.
• Elevating the resident experience, driving high satisfaction and retention.
• Managing budgets, reporting, health & safety compliance, and operational KPIs.
• Working closely with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and innovation.
• Creating a sense of place and purpose for the students who call your buildings home.

Your Requirements:

• Proven experience in PBSA, BTR, hospitality, or co-living at a senior operations level.
• A track record of leading multi-site teams and scaling operations effectively.
• Passion for people, place, and performance.
• Confident with contracts, budgets, building safety, and systems.
