We’re seeking a proactive and organised Property Services Administrator to join a dynamic team delivering high quality support across repairs and maintenance operations.
Property Services Administrator
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a customer focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and contractors, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Schedule and monitor repair works, liaising with contractors to meet service level agreements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including data entry, document management, and invoice processing.
- Maintain property databases and assist with survey scheduling and resident satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a joined-up service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous housing / property services experience.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
