Property Services Co-ordinator – Overview

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing social housing provider supporting a dynamic Property Services team.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative operation across repairs, voids, compliance, and planned works, acting as a central point of coordination between residents, contractors, and internal teams. 

Property Services Co-ordinator – Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support across all areas of Property Services including repairs, voids, and compliance.
  • Diagnose repairs, raise work orders, and monitor progress through to completion.
  • Process invoices and carry out financial checks in liaison with finance and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and asset management information.
  • Liaise with residents and contractors, handling queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Support administration of planned works, voids, and aids and adaptations programmes.
  • Assist with satisfaction surveys and performance reporting to improve service delivery.
  • Manage filing systems, contract documentation, and service records.

Property Services Co-ordinator – Applicant Essentials

Essential

  • At least 2 years’ experience within responsive repairs administration in a social housing environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with residents and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience processing invoices and working with schedules of rates (SoR).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong IT skills with experience maintaining systems and records.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.

Desirable

  • Experience working with asset management or stock condition data.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes in property services.
  • Experience conducting resident satisfaction surveys.
