As Property Manager, you will lead and take ownership of all day to-day operations of a 428 bed property along with 3 HMO properties in central Nottingham comprising of 17 beds.

THE TASKS:

  • Manage the overall sales for the property on an annual basis, working closely with Regional Manager and Marketing Team.
  • Be able to effectively manage cleaning and maintenance contractors.
  • To organise and deliver a range of social events throughout the calendar year.
  • Ensure all expenses fall within budget and seeking approval for expenses that could exceed budget, providing budget variance explanations.
  • Identify and correct potential liability issues with the physical facility, employees and students.


YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • You're probably wondering what the catch is. Well, you need an understanding of Health and Safety legislation and data protection principles and how these relates to student accommodation.
  • Successful experience in managing operations within the property sector.
  • Experience of delivering the highest standard of customer service and of motivating others to do the same.
