Interim Senior Surveyor

A Senior Estates Surveyor needed for an interim role with a local authority in the Southeast, working across a varied commercial portfolio.

It’s a general estates role with a good mix of landlord & tenant work and disposals. You’ll be picking up an active caseload from the outset, dealing with lease renewals, rent reviews and day-to-day management issues, alongside helping progress disposals through to completion.

You’ll be working as part of a wider interim team, so they need someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload and keep transactions moving without a lot of hand-holding.

They’re looking for a solid general practice surveyor with strong L&T experience.

MRICS is a must. 

3-month rolling contract, mostly remote with occasional office attendance every few weeks.
