Asset Manager

We are working with a highly regarded Asset & Investment Management business seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to join their London based team. This is a high impact role focused on multi-let office portfolios across London and the South East.

In a rapidly evolving occupational and investment market, our client is looking for an individual who can think creatively, act commercially, and drive performance through proactive asset management strategies.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of multi-let office buildings, with responsibility for enhancing value, driving income, and shaping asset strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing asset business plans across a portfolio of multi-let office assets
• Identifying and delivering value-add initiatives, including leasing strategies, refurbishments, and repositioning opportunities
• Leading on lease events including rent reviews, renewals, regears, and lettings
• Working closely with agents, property managers, and external consultants to deliver asset objectives
• Analysing market trends, tenant demand, and ESG considerations to inform asset strategy
• Preparing and presenting performance reports, financial analysis, and investor updates
• Supporting acquisition and disposal activity where required

We are looking for a commercially driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bring fresh thinking to asset management challenges.

You will ideally have proven experience in commercial asset management, with a focus on multi-let office assets and a strong understanding of the London and South East office markets.
