Housing Options Officer - South East Based

I'm working with a local authority based in Southeast England, looking for a Housing Options Officer to join their team as soon as next month on a minimum 3-month contract.

Detail:

Role - Housing Options Officer
Rate - £25.00ph - £27.00ph umbrella (DOE)
Location – Southeast England
Contract Length - 3 Months minimum

Experience required:

Knowledge of up-to-date HRA legislation
Making S.184 decisions
Handled the full process, from assessment to decisions
Proactively assisting clients in need of TA and prevention of homelessness.
