Associate Planner Opportunity!
A well-established independent planning consultancy is seeking an Associate Planner to lead on a diverse portfolio of planning projects while supporting the growth of the wider team.
The role will involve:
Leading complex planning applications and strategic planning projects.
Advising clients on a range of residential, mixed-use and commercial developments.
Working on strategic sites, including urban extensions and large-scale residential schemes.
Mentoring junior planners and supporting business development.
Building long-term client relationships and helping grow the consultancy.
They're keen to speak with candidates who have:
MRTPI status.
Significant experience within a private planning consultancy.
Experience delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
Strong project management, leadership and client-facing skills.
