Associate Director (Town Planning)

A UK Planning consultancy with a reach spanning multiple offices is looking for an Associate Director to join their East Midlands team following an impressive expansion to pipeline of projects from across multiple sectors.

This East Midlands head office includes both their planning team, and members of their architectural, masterplanning, and sustainability allowing collaborative working on design matters. You’d play a key role in driving forward integral projects, mentoring junior colleagues, and creating your own path of progression.

They pride themselves on their continued internal progression, with countless cases of staff growing from Planner to Director within the company. If that isn’t testament to the value they place on investing in their people, then I’m not sure what is.

The team tend to work on a more national basis, pooling together expertise from different office locations on their larger and more complex projects.
