A Local Authority in the East Midlands is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver several externally funded projects.
Projects may include:
- Redevelopments
- Heritage Schemes
- Public realm improvements
- (More info on request)
You are likely to be working on projects at all different stages of RIBA, so you will be asked to procure contractors, design teams and lead the delivery process of each project.
If you have experience with working on LUF funded Programmes for other Local Authorities, you will know what is required.
