Following MIPIM 2026, Oyster is hosting a private breakfast bringing together a select group of senior leaders across local authority development, regeneration and planning.

MIPIM creates valuable moments for connection, but the real value lies in what happens afterwards. This session is designed to build on those conversations and explore how relationships formed during the week can evolve into long-term, meaningful collaboration.

From Conversation to Collaboration – Strengthening Partnerships Across Local Government

This discussion will focus on how local authorities and their partners can work more closely to deliver stronger outcomes across regeneration, talent and community impact.

Drawing on conversations from Cannes, as well as ongoing work across the sector, the session will combine market insight with practical discussion around partnership, delivery and shared challenges heading into the new financial year.

  • How partnerships between councils and external organisations can deliver value beyond recruitment
  • Approaches to education, outreach and EDI initiatives that create long-term community impact
  • Market shifts across development, regeneration and planning and what this means for local authorities
  • Reflections from MIPIM and how councils are evaluating its relevance, investment and future participation

📅 Late April
⏰ 08:30 – 10:30
📍 Private Dining Room, The Wolseley, Piccadilly

This is a small, discussion-led session designed to encourage open and practical conversation among peers.

This session is limited to a select group of invited guests to ensure a high-quality and relevant discussion.
