On behalf of Colliers, we were appointed as an exclusive partner to secure the talented M&E Quantity Surveyor Director that would act as the lead for all offices across the UK.
What you can expect
The position entailed reporting directly to Stuart Taggart, the Head of Cost, while overseeing and providing guidance to the division on all M&E aspects.
Responsibilities included enhancing the current team's M&E expertise, assembling a team, establishing a benchmarking database, and conducting regular CPD training sessions.
Another vital aspect of the role involved collaborating with Colliers' internal teams, particularly in the real estate sector, focusing on EPC/MEES interventions and NZC audits. This area is anticipated to be a significant growth sector in terms of both advisory services and actual implementation.
Considering Colliers' magnitude, it was crucial to select someone with not only the appropriate skill level but also the personality to effectively connect various divisions.
