Zoe Smeeth , JAC Group, Managing & Project Director
Working in manufacturing and on-site setups, then house building, grade 2 listed building conversions, and hotels eventually saw Zoe discover the chaotic world of office fit-out. Working contractor side both in traditional design and build allows Zoe to now lead the JAC project management consultancy team in expertly guiding their clients through the usually stressful experience of managing an office move and fit-out.
2021 was a big year for the team with a change in ownership of the company that was formed in 1979.
Zoe is a passionate member of The Mentoring Circle, and is continually looking to bring new and emerging talent into the property industry
