Thuva started his first recruitment job at Oyster in 2023, joining our Engineering team and proving himself to be a relentless, hard-working recruiter from the get-go. Coming in with the aim to become financially independent and stable, Thuva hasn’t been scared to put the graft in and establish himself in his market.
What makes Thuva good at his job?
Thuva’s hard-working nature is what really makes him stand out; perhaps unsurprisingly, his favourite time of the day is the morning, where he likes to get up early and gain a head start on his tasks. Thuva maintains this pace throughout the day, ensuring he handles everything with professionalism and efficiency.
Where is Thuva going after work?
Likely off to enjoy some down time, ideally somewhere he can catch a view of the sunset with his favourite drink in hand, a… Jagermeister?! You had us at sunset but lost us there, Thuva.
