Simon is a Marketing Director with over two decades of experience leading marketing, brand and business development across recruitment, talent solutions and professional services.

He has worked with global organisations including Alexander Mann Solutions, Cielo, Randstad, Hays, and Robert Walters as well as high-growth and private equity-backed businesses. His background combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, spanning brand development, digital transformation, marketing automation, CRM optimisation and commercial growth programmes.

Simon has a strong track record of building marketing functions that drive measurable outcomes. This includes generating high-volume, high-quality pipeline through data-led campaigns, delivering large-scale events and thought leadership programmes, and optimising supplier and channel performance to improve return on investment.

He has also played key roles in start-up and scale-up environments, including being part of a management buyout team and helping grow and exit a recruitment business to a listed group. Earlier in his career, he was part of the founding team at Yellow Jersey Cycling, where he led business development, partnerships and marketing.
