Kavit began his journey at Oyster in November of 2025 and since then has quickly established himself as a valuable member of the team, flourishing within his sector. From the beginning Kavit has demonstrated a strong ability to take ownership of his work, staying organised, anticipating challenges, and remaining one step ahead. 

What truly distinguishes Kavit is his genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships. He takes the time to understand his clients and candidates, developing trust through his attentive approach, reliability, and clear communication. In Kavit’s spare time he enjoys maintaining a consistent gym schedule, building on his resilience and endurance which translates into his passion for running. Kavit has also competed in the English 8 Ball World Championships, showcasing his strategic mindset and decision-making ability.
