James started his career in recruitment at Oyster, where he brings a strong work ethic. As well always trying to give 110 percent, James works well within his team and is known for being motivating, having great confidence and holding very high standards. All of which we know enhances every environment James is in.
What makes James good at his job?
James is renowned for being good with words, both written and spoken. As well as having the confidence to be an effective communicator, James is also very self-accountable and self-aware. James says his purpose is to put a smile on people’s faces – good news for his clients, candidates and colleagues – and to make everyone feel proud.
Where is James going after work?
Usually visiting the gym, playing or watching tennis and football, or going out for nice food and drinks with friends and family...sometimes in Guernsey, which James has visited 17 times! At home, James’ favourite film is The Wolf of Wall Street for its humour, motivation and style, complemented by a nice G&T and Nando’s or sushi.
