Valuation Surveyor

A long-established and highly respected property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join its growing Professional Services team. 

Acting for a diverse client base that includes lenders, investors, businesses and professional advisers, you'll work across a varied range of commercial valuation instructions while having the opportunity to broaden your experience into wider professional services work, including Landlord & Tenant matters.

The Role

• Undertake commercial valuations for secured lending and private client purposes.
• Manage a varied workload across multiple commercial property sectors.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Build relationships with lenders, solicitors, accountants and other professional contacts.
• Opportunity to develop Landlord & Tenant and lease advisory expertise.
• Contribute to the continued growth of a successful and collaborative team.

About You

• MRICS qualified.
• Experience undertaking commercial valuation work.
• Strong report-writing and client-facing skills.
• Able to manage instructions independently.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
