You don’t need to worry about having recruitment experience because you’ll be enrolled on a 12-week training programme. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to become a successful Recruitment Consultant but your development won’t stop there, when you join Oyster, you will be signing up to consistent training throughout your career.

Our expectations are high, but so are the rewards. When you hit your targets, you can expect early finishes, lunches at top restaurants, celebratory days out and pretty awesome holidays abroad (and I haven’t even mentioned our impressive commission structure.)

Let’s be honest, recruitment is a sales job. If you don’t want to work in a targeted environment, it’s probably not the right career for you. Within the first week you’ll be picking up the phones and building your brand. You’ll be generating business; negotiating with clients and managing your candidates. So, if you’re naturally curious and the thrill of chasing targets excites you, this could be the role for you.

Location: Mayfair, Central London (we are an accessible workplace.)

Contract: Full time, permanent.

Salary: Up to £26k.
