Stock Condition Surveyor

• You will be working as a Stock Condition Surveyor with an RP in London who are looking for someone experienced to help ramp up their condition programme.
• This contract will be for 3–6 months, which will then result in an extension if everyone's happy.
• You will be on an hourly rate of £280–£300 per day (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Your site visits will be structured and planned in a way that is the most cost-effective for time and money.
• You will not be required to go into the office often, you will spend most of your time on site.

Stock Condition Surveyor Responsibilities

• You will be carrying out stock condition, HHSRS and measured surveys daily, you will be given a tablet and will use Notus.
• Some of your appointments will be booked for you, some you will book yourself.
• You will effectively communicate with customers do deliver good customer service.

Stock Condition Surveyor Essentials

• Competent conducting and completing stock condition surveys.
• HHSRS certificate.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
