Join a leading global real estate investment and management company as a Senior Financial Analyst in its dynamic finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare financial statements under IFRS for multiple corporate structures.
- Act as the main contact for external audits, tax compliance, and VAT submissions.
- Deliver quarterly management accounts for lender, board, and partner reporting.
- Support annual business planning and consolidated reporting.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, payment recommendations, and solvency documentation.
- Assist with financial due diligence, occupancy reviews, and NAV investment reporting.
- Drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified with at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in financial reporting and stakeholder management.
- Real estate or asset management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to JD Edwards and HFM is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
