Interim Estates Surveyor

I need a General Practice Surveyor with experience managing an operational portfolio, including community buildings and educational properties.

In this role, you’ll provide professional advice on valuations, leasing, acquisitions, sales and property management, with a strong emphasis on rationalising the estate.

You'll have full responsibility for your portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for tenants, the public, and internal departments like Legal, Housing, and Regeneration. Excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial, as you’ll need to tailor your approach depending on the situation—knowing that the best commercial deal isn't always the best deal for a local authority.

There will be an expectation to see the portfolio you're working on, but you will be left to create your own schedule, making the role mainly remote.
