Are you a Housing Options Officer looking for something with a lower case load?

I'm working with a local authority wanting to bring in a temporary contractor, for a brief 6 month contract.

This council has made it clear they are looking for someone with passion for helping homelessness and has that "Get up and go" attitude.

Detail:

  • Role - Housing Options Officer
  • Rate - £25 - £28ph umbrella (DOE)
  • Location - NE London (2 days a week in office)
  • Duration - 6 months

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within homelessness teams
  • Knowledge of up to date housing legislation
  • Making S.184 decisions
  • Handled full process, from assessments to decisions
  • Managed a case load of 30+
