Councils and public bodies are carrying statutory backlogs they cannot clear with the teams they have: overdue food inspections, licensing applications, complaints, building control, planning. Adding agency workers one at a time helps, but the risk, the management and the quality still sit with you.
A Statement of Works changes that. We agree a defined scope, volume, standard and price up front. Oyster then resources, manages and quality-assures the work, and reports against the numbers.
