You don't need previous retail property management experience to be considered. This business is far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, ambition and approach to client service.
You'll ideally have:
- Commercial property management experience
- Strong service charge and financial management knowledge
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, relationship-led approach
- MRICS (desired, not essential)
