Key responsibilities
- Conduct HMO inspections
- Investigate complaints
- Carry out HHRS assessments
- Respond to assessment findings
- DFG experience is desirable
Essential skills
- 5+ years Local Authority experience
- Get familiar with council systems (Tascomi)
- Work independently with minimal supervision
