The Team is dealing with a broad range of planning work, including:
• Major residential developments
• Strategic growth projects
• Large-scale infrastructure schemes
• Complex planning applications and appeals
• High-profile development management work
They're ideally looking for someone operating at Senior Planner or Principal Planner level who has experience handling major planning applications. Previous experience within a majors team would be beneficial, although strong development management planners with relevant experience will also be considered.
The opportunity offers:
✅ £50-£63 per hour (DOE)
✅ Flexible working arrangements
✅ Around 1 day per week in the office, or 2 days per fortnight
✅ The remainder of the work completed remotely
✅ Long-term contract potential
✅ Exposure to a varied and challenging caseload
