A local authority that I am working with, based in London, is looking for an estate regeneration project manager to help bring a run-down estate back to life.
This project is a mixed-use development, spanning across 2,000+ homes, including shops and leisure facilities.
They are looking for someone with experience in contract negotiation, managing external consultant teams, strong stakeholder engagement, and strong experience in partnership working.
They are looking for someone to join for a 3-6 month period with the likelihood of an extension.
