As a Senior Associate Director, you'll take ownership of a high-profile retail portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and leading key relationships across a range of instructions.
The business is known for investing in its people and supporting long-term career growth. Whilst technical expertise is important, personality, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting relationships are what truly set people apart.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong commercial property management experience
- Retail property management experience
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong service charge and management knowledge
- A relationship-led approach and commercial mindset
- MRICS qualification (preferred, not essential)
