One half of the winning team, Lewis Westhoff from Iceni Projects has been kind enough to provide us with his own write-up of the Property Open 2016. Here is his account:
The Oyster team organised a great day out for the 2016 Property Open at Moor Park Golf Club.
The morning started off with a trick shot show from Geoff Swain, which put everyone in good spirits before heading out to the High Course for a shotgun start. The course was in immaculate condition with wide fairways and challenging greens making it perfect for the team-style stableford event.
The use of the VPAR scoring system made it great to check your progress throughout the round, and built a healthy rivalry between teams.
The Oyster team and their fleet of golf carts made sure everyone was well looked after while on the course. A drink and a snack was never too far away!
Post round networking drinks at the 17th century clubhouse, followed by a three course meal and an amusing speech from Angus Fraser MBE, capped off an enjoyable day.
