Sasza Bandiera , Oyster Partnership, Managing Director

Sasza Bandiera joined Oyster Partnership as a trainee recruiter over 12 years ago. He became MD of the business 7 years ago, taking the business from £17m to £32+ million in 2020 and leads the property recruitment market UK-wide.
