Renata joined our Estates and Facilities team in 2022, in her first recruitment role. Renata knew her natural determination, diligence, and attention to detail was going to make her an ideal fit for Oyster. Not to mention she’s an adrenaline junkie so she’s going to love the rollercoaster of recruitment.

Her natural empathy and creativity make her approachable and kind, all great attributes for a recruiter. Renata taught herself English from the Flintstones, so you know she has laser-focus.

Like I mentioned, Renata is an absolute adrenaline junkie. You can find her on rollercoasters, or skydiving, travelling and exploring new places.
