Prior to starting at Oyster in 2021, Kyle was working at Oyster’s go-to pub before he was roped into coming in for an interview. Turns out, all those skills that make a great bartender, being friendly, well-spoken, accommodating, empathetic, and understanding, also make a great recruiter. Ever since, Kyle has been establishing himself in Oyster’s growing Legal team and making waves.

What makes Kyle good at his job?

He takes the time to really get to know his clients and candidates, to truly understand what it is they do and what it is they need, and then puts care and thought into how best to advise and guide them.

Where is Kyle going after work?

Probably being dragged back to the Comedy Pub. If he manages to escape after-work drinks, then likely he’ll be settling on the sofa to watch whatever sports are currently playing or heading off to a concert.
