Jaspreet Bhogal, Divisional Manager “It really is a privilege to be shortlisted for Manager of the Year at this year’s IIP awards. My journey in management has not been an easy one but I’ve been fortunate enough to be supported by a great leader who has mentored me from day one. Last year in particular I feel like the team rocketed forward and hopefully we can sustain this growth and momentum; it feels like we’re on the brink of something amazing!  To be considered by IIP in this category not only is special for me personally but I know the whole company feels a great amount of pride – knowing I have their support is amazing!”
