- Why Oyster?
You may have noticed that a lot has changed over here at Oyster. We have been planning, designing and implementing our new brand since the end of May 2013. We have interviewed and asked questions of our clients, candidates and own staff. We have put ourselves out of our comfort zone and taken a long, hard look at ourselves and what we do. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, but our outward brand did not match our service line, attitude and ethos.
We hope that the results of many months of work mean that the way we operate is completely transparent. In a world where it has traditionally been difficult for people to differentiate between one recruitment company and another, we believe that we have managed to demonstrate how we actually are. We have invested an enormous amount of time, thought and effort into the final product, which we believe is a true reflection of our business. Innovation is something we are proud of, from introducing online timesheets in 2006, electronic contracts in 2007 and one of the first mobile recruitment sites in 2009 which has since been updated. We have drastically improved all facets of these and have additionally added video and several technology platform integrations to our armoury. The addition of a state of the art real time metric analysis platform in January 2014 will further hone our ability to deliver you our award-winning service.
